The project involves 2 arterial roads of 15 meters in width (four lanes), 2 side roads of 9 meters in width (two lanes) running parallel and perpendicular to the Archabil Avenue to the south of Ashgabat, and four interchanges.
The Çandybil, Bekrewe and Goktepe roads comprise of 30.51 km of arterial roads, 12.02 km of junctions and 50.39 km of side roads.
The project was completed in 14 months, and reached a maximum staff of 379.
